Our supplier approval process includes a meticulous assessment of their controls to mitigate these risks. The recent appointment of a Head of Procurement further bolsters our commitment to managing modern slavery within our supply chain.

Our standardized sub-contracts mandate suppliers to adhere to DM Civils' high ethical standards, as well as comply with relevant laws, regulations, and social norms in their operating jurisdictions. We also emphasize human rights, labor standards, and health and safety regulations. These contracts incorporate audit provisions to ensure adherence.
